What we produce
Our meat and sheepskins come from 100% grass-fed/grass-finished sheep raised on a family-owned farm in New York's Catskill Mountains. We sell wholesale carcasses to NYC restaurants and butchers looking for 100% grass-fed/grass-finished lamb and mutton.

Evans and Evans Farm is a family-run farm in Andes, New York. We come from generations of sheep farmers in the Twrch Valley in Wales.
